TOTALCARE® HEALTH CHECK
TotalCare® HealthCheck is a systematic approach to managing the life cycle of your training centre’s simulators and safety systems. Our certified LION service engineers perform an on-site check and conduct a non-binding TotalCare® HealthCheck Report. This report advises you on where to invest in parts, simulators, or safety systems to reduce material costs and to improve the quality and reliability of your training centre, keeping your trainees safe at all time.
During the on-site assessment, our certified LION service engineers check your simulators and safety systems on three elements:
Usage of the system
Our fire training and safety systems keep track of start-up and shut down procedures, training time frame and frequency, potential failures and possible resolution, and all entries related to measurements like temperatures, the intensity of fires, and more.
Performance test
This extensive test checks duration of starting up, reliability, and resource usage of the fire training and safety systems. The goal of this test is to eliminate performance issues and make sure the training unit or structure always works to the best of its capabilities.
Status Repairs
Heavily used simulators and safety systems will have damaged and worn parts. Our certified LION service engineers will assess the wear and tear after which they will form a lifespan indication.
