LION’s patented Digital Fire Technology™ provides comprehensive hands-on training using self-generating digital flames that respond directly to the trainees’ actions. The integrated sensors detect water application to which the flames and smoke respond automatically.

Gas Fire
Gas-Based Fire Technology is an integral element in LION’s fire and safety training simulators. Gas-based fire is an ideal training resource for any fire brigade, training centre and industry and can be used to accurately simulate nearly any fire behaviour.

The selection of technology
Firefighters’ training involving wood burning will always be necessary as long as they have to enter a burning structure. However, we are not solely relying on burning wood for training purposes any more. We have incorporated new technologies alongside wood burning to make the training more effective. We use alternative solutions such as gas or digital options instead of relying solely on wood for specific training purposes.

Gas-fueled training simulation is set to enhance fire training. It will introduce trainees to realistic temperature settings and provide them with the same tension that comes with wearing actual turnout gear. The use of breathing apparatus during the exercise will be required to help trainees get accustomed to it. Overall, this simulation aims to enhance the experience of fire service professionals.
